For the TS FS 180, make sure you can land both TS Indy grabs and TS 180 comfortably first. If you can, then this trick shoudn’t be too difficult.
The first half of this trick is exactly the same as the TS Indy grab. Right after you grab, its likely you have turn the 180 one-handed at first, so focus on pulling the handle from the front hip to you’re the center of your body to initiate the rotation. At this time, you would have released your grab, so just reach up and grab back the handle and land the 180 normally.
The key to this trick is really to think of it in 2 parts, the grab and the 180, seperately. If you try to do both at the same time, you probably won’t get a good grab. Your body naturally wants to turn 180 on its own, so don’t worry too much about not being able to get the 180.
